No if there were a way then there would be little sense to issue a ticket assessing a fine in the first place. It may be easier to find a way to pay the fine than finding a way to avoid paying it.
my traffic ticket was sent to a collection agency,is there a way to get my license back before paying the fine?

No just give the people their money and stop trying to get out of it.

no there is no way that you can get your licensse back before paying your fine. unless the county or your local justice center has any authority over the situation.

No – the last opportunity was to make arrangements to pay the fine when it was levied. Now the only way out is forward. Once it got to the collection agency it left the hands of anybody you can bargain with.

No. Now a sleazy collection agency will extort more from you than the original fine. Unfortunately, this is a battle you cannot win. Avoid the word "extortion" when dealing with the courts. They are extremely sensitive when confronted with an uncomfortable (to them ) truth.

a fine is NOT a debt, it is a FINE. your d/l is worthless as such until you pay up.
